As project management team for our package contractor, we plan the schedule, organize the resources, execute and control budget and work flow, manage a safety program and ensure quality and timely delivery of the works. We also supervised all sub-contractors in our package and interfaced with other package contractors in the project

OUR HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY.

TsunTech Solutions Limited began as a general works contractor in 2010. Over the years, the team has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated extensive skills, know-how and experience in general Construction, Electrical & Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering Projects, Project Management Services and related Engineering Works.

Today, TsunTech Solutions Limited takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs supply services and project management services to coordinate specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects in general Construction, Electrical/ Electronics and Mechanical Engineering. We also provide design inputs and engineering consultancy solutions as value-add services to our clients.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
The business is driven by our 2 working directors; collectively they have accumulated more than 10 years of work experience in the building industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.
 
The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.

 

OUR PEOPLE
Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients. Though TsunTech Solutions Limited is a relatively new firm on the market, its directors and senior members of staff possess extensive wealth of experience in undertaking a variety of engineering works, projects and in providing professional consultancy services. Our senior team comprises of individuals who have worked extensively both in the public and private sectors at managerial level in Government Institutions, quasi government institutions and private institutions and companies for over several years. Additionally, our team keeps learning each day to ensure up to date knowledge in every aspect of our services. Our aim is to stay relevant to the everchanging market place and client’s requirement.

Lamiabis values its employees and therefore sets up measures to deal with COVID-19 through various measures provided for by both the local Ministry of Health and WHO.
